BEFORE ME ,the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Donna M. Alpine, Joe B. Beasley, Ora Beasley, Charlotte Borchers,
Claudia G. Coyne, Dorothy Fasano, Clara L. Hackney, Wivi Lundquist,
Frances H. Owen, and Robert Nelson, who, upon being by me first
duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That they are partners in the Florida general.partner-
ship known as 2801 Office Plaza which owns the following described
property located in the County of St.Lucie, State of Florida,to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 1, Linda's Hill, a Subdivision according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9,Page 56 of
the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the purpose of this Aff_fdavit is to show the
partners and their interests and amount of ownership of the partner-
ship at this time which is as follows:
