AFFIDAVIT

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Charlotte M. Borchers, Paul A. Plociennik, Marjorie J. Plociennik,
Robert Nelson, Benjamin P. Roth, Evelyn Iy. Roth, L. B. Owen,
Frances H. Owen, Joseph B. Beasley, Ora Beasley, Robert Graybeal,
and Clara L. Hackney, who, being by me first duly sworn depose
and say:
1. That they are partners in the Florida general partner-
ship known as Plaza Development Associates which owns the following
described property located in the County of St.Lucie, Florida, ,
to-wit:
Lots S and 6, Block 1, TROPICAIRE SUBDIVISION according
to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book lO,Page
6 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to show the
partners and their interests and amount of ownership of the
partnership at this time, which is as follows:
