page 57, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, also
known as builder's job ~~208 located at 3103 Mohawk Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida.
The mortgagor covenants and agrees to comply with all the terms and
f-conditions of that certain first mortgage on the above described
' property executed by Benchmark Construction Company, Inc., in
= favor of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Ft. Pierce _
dated August 25, 1978 and recorded in OR Book 293, page 1362, of a
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original
i principal sum of $23,100.00 and mortgagor covenants and agrees
that he will not permit or suffer any default in respect to any
of said covenants and conditions of said first mortgage, and any
default, breach or violation of any terms or conditions of said
first mortgage shall be a default under the terms of this '
mortgage, then and in that event, the principal sum hereunder
secured shall be due and payable immediately thereafter not-
; withstanding anything herein to the contrary.
And the mortgagor hereby further covenants and agrees not to
convey the property mortgaged herein without the consent of the
~ mortgagee, and the assumption of the new owner of the unpaid
balance of the mortgage, in the event transfer of conveyance

unpaid balance of this mortgage may be accelerated without
