KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pi~r,e, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by JAMES A. WEIR and DONNA T.
WEIR, his wife
dated October 26 1978 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. I.UCie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 296 on page
2859 , securinn the payment of the sum of THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND AND NO/100---------------------
Dollars (S 36,000.00 )
covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, end doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
