9.2. All trailers must be moved by the Association as bo type
and condition pacior to being placed an any condominium unit. If any

ooc~dominium unit within seven days after receipt of written notice from
the Association that the condition and appearance of the trailer is not

(5) Any changes bo the outside of the FtV or unit, rot
covered in the foregoiryg, shall require the written approval of the
~ Hoard of Directorrs.

9.4. Tables, benches, fireplaces and grills, if apiaroved by the
Association, may be erected on a oondaniniun unit and the limited aaRron
element appurtenant thereto. No other personal propeacty shall be
permitted to remain a~tside or ux~r the trailer where it can be seen,
e~ooept when actually in use.
a. No outdoor fireplaces are permitted.
9.5. No fences are permitted. He3ges and landscaping may be
planted subject t» aQQrvval of the Association.
a. If cvr'bings or stones are used arotuxi bushes, trees, etc. ,
owner shall be prepared too trim aro«d these areas after lawn has been
nr~aed, or arrange to have it trimried wfi~ they are not there.
