9.13. Vehicles tx~ be parked on any oon3aninium unit must be
appti~oved by the Association as to type and oor~ditian and must be kept in
good condition and appearance.
9.14. I~epairinq of vehicles, outboard rrotors, luiLding of boats or
any other disturbing activities, other than as outlined in sub-section
a. below, are not permitted. -
a. R~irs that may be disturbing to others, pr+oLonged beyond
two hours, or that cause untidy, or unsightly aonditians, are mt per-

9.15. No outdoor clothes lines ar clothes drying shall be per-
! muted, erooept as provided in sub-section a. below.

not be hung ~ on any unit, such as trailer bunpers or awnirx3s,
clothes lines, patio furniture, autos or aerials, etc. Clothes lines
s are provided behind each bath house and driers are provided inside.

9.17. jMit owners are r+easponsible for the maintenance and upkeep
r of their oondaminiun unit and the limited oacnron element appurtenant
thereto not pr+ovi,ded for by the Association.
9.18. Ska or other games are not all~aed in the park.

9.20. Badges shall be worn by unit owners and guests at all times
in the recreation area.
