Dondominium No. 1 Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation,
which said Rules and Regulations were duly adopted by a majority or more
of the Directors of winc~nill village By The Sea ~dominium No. 1 Associa-
tion, Inc., at a meeting duly held on the ~ day of Ap,~,~,, 1979,
held in aooosdanoe with the is of the Declaration of Qordaminiun,
Articles of Inoarporatian, and By-haws for such Amerdmerit.
2. The a3optioci of these Rules and ReguSations appears upon the
minutes of the above motioned meeting and is unrewked.
