NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
The undersigned hereby gives notice of the commencement of
certain construction pursuant to Section 713.13 of the Florida
Statutes and states the following:
(a)~ Description of real property to be improved:
The South 200 feet of the East 312.5 feet of Lot 1,
Industrial Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 9, Page 5, Public Records of St. Lucie
