This cause coming on for hearing upon the application of
the Plaintiff and the Court finding from an inspection of the
record and the proofs submitted that a Default Judgment has ~

been duly and regularly entered herein against the Defendants, Robert '

Louis Kiskaden and Jo Ann Kiskaden, and that said Defendants, Rpbert E
Louis Kiskaden and Jo Ann Kiskaden are not now and have not been since
the institution of this cause in the military service of the United
States of America, and that the plaintiff is entitled to the entry of
a Final Judgment of Foreclosure herein, and the Court fully being ad-

vised in the premises, it is thereupon, ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
{ 1. That this Court has furisdiction of the subject matter
E hereof and of the parties hereto.
2. -That the equities of this vause are with the plaintiff,
