The total sum due on account of the mortgage sought to
be foreclosed herein and the note secured by the same are in the
amount of Total Indebtedness hereinabove set forth and is due the
plaintiff from the defendants, Robert Louis Kiskaden and Jo Ann
Kiskaden.
4. Plaintiff's mortgage in the amount of the Tota~Indebted-
ness hereinabove set forth is a lien superior in dignity to any
right, title, interest, lien, claim or demand of the defendants
in this cause or either of them or any person claiming by, through
or under them or either of them since the institution of this cause,
and encumbering the following described mortgaged property, situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as
follows, towit:
The West 105 feet of Lot 17, Block "A", C. A. KILLERS
j SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 50, Public Records of St. Lucie
t County, Florida.

5. If the aforesaid Total Indebtedness together with interest

at the lawful rate from and after the date of this Judgment and
all costs in these proceedings incurred subsequent to the date hereof
are not paid by said defendants or either of them to the plaintiff

prior to the Clerk's sale, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the
above described mortgaged property at Public Sale at 11:00 o'clock
A.M., on the day of ~ 1979, to the highest and best
bidder or bidders for cash at t e front door of the County Courthouse,
St. Lucie County, Ft. Pierce, Florida, free, clear and discharged

of and from any and all claim, lien, encumbrance, right, equity
or interest of any and all of the parties hereof, and of any and
all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through, under or
t against either of them since the filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens
