HomeMy WebLinkAbout2669 6. The Clerk of this Court is hereby authorized and directed
to publish notice of sale and conduct the said foreclosure sale
as required by and in accordance with the provision of Section 45.031
Florida Statutes, all costs of which sale shall be advanced by the
plaintiff.
7. Plaintiff may be a bidder for the purchase of said
property at the sale. If the plaintiff shall be the purchaser at
said sale, the Clerk shall credit against the bid of the plaintiff
the total sum found herein to be due said plaintiff, plus the wee
of said Clerk for making said sale, or such portion. thereof as may
be necessary fully to pay the bid of the plaintiff except that in
that event the costs of said sale shall be paid by the plaintiff
to the Clerk in cash.
8. Upon confirmation of such sale by ruling of the Court
or the filing of Certificate of Title by the Clerk, the Clerk shall
make distribution of the proceeds of such sale, if any, and in the
event the total amount realized on said sale exceeds the total of
the sums due plaintiff, the Clerk shall retain the surplus for disburse-
' ment in accordance with subsequent orders of this Court.

9. Upon confirmation of such sale by order of this Court
or the filing of Certificate of Title by the Clerk, the defendants,
Robert Louis~Kiskaden and JoAnn Kiskadef~, and any and all persons
claiming by, through, under or against them or either of them since
the filing of the Lis Pendens herein, are and shall be forever barred
~ -
and foreclosed of and from any and all right, title, interest, lien,
claim or demand of~any kind or nature whatsoever in and to the property -
hereinabove described and the purchaser at said sale, his representatives,
successors or assigns, shall be let into possession of said property.
