10. That the Clerk of this Court be and he is hereby
authorized to substitute a photostatic fopy of the original !
Promissory Note which has been introduced in evidence in this
action and return the said original Note to Plaintiff's attorney
of record after the Clerk of this Court has issued its
Certificate of Title.
11. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of making any and all further orders and Judgments, including
the entry of a Deficiency Judgment, as shall appe~r meet end proper.
