This cause carne on far trial i3~e 30th day of April, 1979, and the
Oourt laving given full consideration to all the evidence, fin and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties ands jest matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists betwegi
the parties; and that the marriage between the nart~;es is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

1. DIS90LUTIQJ OF NIARRIA~. The marriage between CLAI~DIA L.
ST~IRNES and JOEIDi A. S'i~iES be arrd the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing betwee3i then and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties heretic
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
