SCHRODE, Husband, -and- FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ LILLIAN OLIVETTE SCHRODE, Wife. This action came on for Final Hearing on April 20, 1979 ~ upon the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage of the Husband, r .GEORGE T. SCHRODE, and the Counter-Petition for Dissolution of i Marriage and Partition of the Wife, LILLIAN OLIVETTE SCHRODE, and the Husband having appeared with Counsel, Elsie M. O'Laughlin, and the Wife having appeared with Counsel, Bruce A. Koebe, and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and being otherwise fully advised, finds and decides as follows: 1. Jurisdiction. This Court has absolute jurisdiction ~ of the parties and the subject matter of this action. 2. The marriage between the Petitioner, GEORGE T. SCHRODE, and Respondent, LILLLAN OLIVETTE SCHRODE, is hereby dissolved because it is irretrievably broken. 3. The j•Jife shall be entitled to the exclusive possession and ownership of the 1976 Plymouth Volare automobile, and the 3 Husband shall execute those documents necessary to convey such r s ownership to the Wife as soon after the date of this Judgment as 3 is reasonably possible with all due diligence. 4. Bank Account. The Wife has a special equity in $6,000 of that cash presently represented by and held in that bank account owned by the parties in the Citizen's Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County.
