HOWELL, Husband i and MARIE HOWELL, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE t This cause came on for trial the 30th day of April, - 1979 and-the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction I of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ' I marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should ~ s 3 be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between BAYLIS E. HOWELL and MARIE HOWELL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and s t each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony r heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising i therefrom. f 2. Custody of the three minor children of the parties, ~ MAUREEN HOWELL, ROBERT HOWELL and GLENN HOWELL, is hereby awarded F to the Wife, MARIE HOWELL, with reasonable visitation rights r reserved to the Husband, BAYLIS E. HOWELL. 3 3. Commencing Friday, May 4, 1979 the Husband, ) G BAYLIS E.
