Court and by him remitted promptly to MARIE HOWELL, 5602 Seagrape
Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
.order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and resi-
dence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. The Court determines the sum of $350 to be
reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
the Husband, BAYLIS E. HOWELL, is ordered to pay said sum to
Errol S. Willes, Esquire, P. O. Box 309, Ft. Pierce, Florida
within ninety days from the date of this Judgment.

6. The Husband, BAYLIS E. HOWELL, within sixty days
from the date of this Judgment, shall pay the three mortgage pay-
ments, now delinquent, on the marital home located at 5602 Seagrape i
Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida in the amount of $265 each, for a total
payment of $795.
7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 30th day of April, 1979.
