1979, between PEACOCK FRUIT & CATTLE CORP TION, Grantor, and
' JOHN T. MOOSE, JR. and SHIRLEY J. MOOSE, his wife, Grantees.
WHEREAS, the Grantor is seized of an estate in fee simple
of a parcel of land across which there was a private road from
Glades Cutoff Road to and beyond real property owned by the
Grantees; and
WHEREAS, the parcel of land owned by the Grantees is more
particularly described as follows.:
From the Southeast corner of Section 34-36-39 run
West 1342.5 feet along the South line of said
Section; thence run North 42°35'56" West, parallel
with the Northerly R/W of Canal C-24, 2443.2 feet to
the Point of Beginning. Thence continue North 42°35.'56"
West 1146.6 feet; thence run North 62°24'04" East 1185.64
feet; thence run South 42°35'56" East parallel with
said Northerly right of way of Canal C-24 1136.31 feet;
thence South 61°55'11" West 1183.00 feet to the Point
of Beginning. Said parcel lying in St. Lucie County,
Florida, and containing 30.01 acres. -
From the Southeast corner of Section 34-36-39, run

Section; thence run North 42°35'54" West, parallel
with the Northerly R/W of Canal C-24, 2443.2 feet to
the Point of Beginning. Thence continue Northwesterly
parallel with Canal 24 right of way 1146.6 feet; Thence
( with an interior angle of 105° run Southwesterly a -
I distance of 350 feet; thence with an interior angle
of 158°02'-run Southwesterly 963.49 feet to a point
on the ?Northerly right of way line of Canal 24; thence
~ run Southeasterly along said canal right of way 791.41
feet; thence run Northeasterly 1365 feet to the point
of beginning. All of said lands lying, being and
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and containing
30.02 acres, more or less;

sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by the Grantees, to grant an
easement over the said private road;
