in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by the
Grantees to the Grantor, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the Grantor hereby remises, grants, and releases
unto the Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns a
' perpetual non-exclusive easement for private road purposes over
the following described lands, lying, being and situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of the right of way for Canal No. 24 which
lies Northerly and Easterly of the existing canal and
which lies in the Northeast One-Quarter (NE 1/4) of
Section 29, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, and
which lies Southeasterly of the Southeasterly right
of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company.
That part o_.f the right of way for Canal No. 24 which
lies Northerly and Easterly of the existing canal and
which lies in the Southwest One-Quarter (SW -1 /4) of
Section 28, Township 36 South, Range 39 East.
That part of .the right of way for Canal No. 24 lying
in Section 33, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, and
lying within 150 feet of the following described
centerline, less that portion presently existing as
the canal itself:
FROM FCE 1423, a concrete reference monument of the
Corps of Engineers, U. S. Army, bear North 46°51'23"
East, a distance of 177.06 feet; Thence, North 43°
08'37" West, to the intersection thereof with the
East line of said Section 33 and the point of beginning;
Thence, continue, North 43°08'37" West, to the
'i intersection thereof with the North line of said
~ Section 33 and the end of said proposed centerline.

3 in Section 34, Township 36 South, Range 39 East, and
~ lying within 150 feet of the following described
centerline, less that portion presently existing
as the canal itself.

line of said Section 34 and the point of beginning;
Thence, continue, North 43°08'37" West, to the
