Said lands being the same lands set forth in that certain
Easement Deed dated September 29, 1958, by and between 0. L.
Peacock and Mildred Vare Peacock, his wife, and Central and
~
Southern Florida Flood Control District; however, the easement
hereby granted is only as to that portion of said lands lying
Northeasterly of the presently existing Canal No. 24.
Full and free right and liberty for the Grantees, their
' tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, in common with all ~
l
others having the like right, at all times hereafter, with or ~
without vehicles of any description, for all purposes connected
with the use and enjoyment of the said land of the Grantees,
to pass and repass along the said private road for the purpose
of going to and from Glades Cutoff Road.
Reserving, however, and retaining the same right of use
' and enjoyment of said lands unto the Grantor, its heirs, ~
successors, and assigns.

To have and to hold the easement or right of way hereby
. granted unto the Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns,
as appurtenant to the said lands of the Grantees.
Subject to all right, title and interest of the Central
and Southern Florida Flood Control District, now known as the
South Florida Water Management District, and all persons or
entities claiming by, through or under the said District,
including without limitation its successors and assigns. -
