ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA s
E
CASE NO. 8174 F.R.
ALICE L. HOKE
Plaintiff (Wife) ~
v
CARL E. HOKE
Defendant (Husband)
ORDER ON MOTIONS
This cause came on for hearing upon the Husband's Motion
to Modify the Final Judgment as to that portion requiring him
to pay the medical bills pertaining to the Wife, and to release
the $25,000 in stock which is held in trust by The First National
Bank and Trust Company of Stuart to insure payment of such
medical bills, and upon the Wife's Petition to Modify the Final ~i
Judgment for an increase in periodic alimony payments, and the
Court having heard testimony of the parties and argument of
counsel and being fully advised, finds:
k
A. That the Husband, Carl E..Hoke, is financially able f
~ to pay the medical bills without being required to post security
{
for such payments.
~ B. That the Wife, Alice L. Hoke, is not entitled to an
increase in alimony as the evidence showed that the alimony as
originally awarded was commensurate with the scale of living
f
maintained by the Husband during the time the parties were husband
and wife; that the only change in circumstances has been the
= increased earning capacity of the Husband as well as regular !
employment by the Wife; that it would be unconscionable for this
