Periodic alimony is to be awarded for the purpose of permitting the former Wife to live ` in the manner and custom established by the Husband; the i periodic alimony in this case in the original instance accomplished this purpose. It is thereupon. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The Order entered on January 6, 1972, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on April 28, 1965, is hereby modified as to the Trust Agreement attached thereto in that the + Husband, Carl E. Hoke, be and he is hereby granted the right to retrieve the Trust Certificate No. 9 representing ownership of ten shares of common stock of Ocean 'Breeze Park, Inc., a Florida corporation, from the Trustee, First National Bank and Trust Company of Stuart; the said-Trustee is ordered and directed to deliver over to the Husband, Carl E. Hoke, the Trustee Certificate No. 9 representing ownership of ten shares of common stock of i Ocean Breeze Park, Inc. 2. All other material allegations of the Motion to Modify filed by the Husband, Carl E. Hoke, against the Wife, Alice ~ - L. Hoke, be and the same are hereby denied. 3 E 3. The Motion to Modify the Final Judgment for an- 3 a increase in periodic alimony filed by the Wife, Alice L. Hoke, i be and the same is hereby denied. 4.
