MARGARET ALBERTA GERNAT, Wife.
STIPULATED ORDER FOR CONTINUANCE
THIS CAUSE coming on upon the consent of the attorneys
for both parties and both attorneys advising the Court that
they are scheduled for trials in other cases during the
week commencing April 30, 1979, and the attorney for the
wife advising the Court that his client has still not fully
recovered from major surgery, and that an appraisal that is
being done with the knowledge and consent of both parties
of all of the property owned by the parties has not yet
been completed, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause shall be continued
until the next non-jury trial docket and shall be re-set by
Order of this Court.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
