THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the
Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic-
tion of the subject matter, it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, BONNIE
G. POSTLEWAITE, and Respondent, WILLIAM L. POSTLEWAITE, are
dissolved because :,the marriage is irretrievably broken.
3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the
parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's
Exhibit ~1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is
for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and
incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties

are hereby ordered to comply with same.

4. That the Petitioner is hereby awarded custody of the
minor children. The names of the minor children are JEFFERY
i
WILLIAM POSTLEWAITE and TROY LEONARD POSTLEWAITE, At such time as

the Husband is physically able to work, he shall pay through the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court the sum of $25.00 per week child suppo

for each of the minor children until such children reach their
majority. Such payu~eiits are to be made in the fcrm of cash, me:~py

¢ order or Cashier's Check and a $2.00 Clerk's fee will be charged

for each payment made through the Clerk's office.
Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from
interfering with, harassing or annoying one another.
