CASB N0. 79-24 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Jai RB: Guardianship of ' BMMA MARY CAVANAGIi, Incompetent. : PETITION FOR LBAVS TO SELL PROPERTY - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - OF WARD The petition of Alfred Pappalardo, respectvully shows: 1. He is the duly qualified and acting guardian of BPQfA MARY OOVANAGH, a person who has been declared mentally incompetent by this honorable court, and petitioner was appointed as the guardian after said physical incompetency had been ascertained. 2. Said ward is the owner of certain property, which petitioner desires to sell, described as follows: } Lot 3 and 14 Block 2 ANGLBVILIA SID as per plat therof as recorded in public records in the office of the Clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida, including personal property. 3. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necesscary to sell said property,in order to provide funds for support and maintenance of said ward for that the ward is confined in a nursing home at an expense in excess of $1,000.00 per month I~ and has no funds in the estate with which to pay the monthly expenses of keep and r maintenance of the ward for the period following April 30, 1979. 4. The tau appraisal value and actual value of the property of the ward has been ascertained at $15,000.00; the improvements on the property are in excess of 30 years old and in a deteriorating neighborhood and notwithstanding enhancement of value in property, the highest bides obtained is $16,500.00. 5. Petitioner desires to sell said property at private sale for the sum of $16,500.00 cash, consistent with the consent of the only child of the ward.
