Dear Mr. Stone:
This will acknowledge your letter as to the balance on my Mothers account
for the monies left you at the time and acknowledge receipt of a copy of '
the disbusement sheet indicating a balance of $1841.75,
By this letter be advised that you and/or Mr. Pappalardo in the guardian-
ship , or otherwise as possible, are authorized to dispose of the real and
personal property there and that your authority is from the undersigned
as the sole heir and the only child of Emma Mary Covanagh who is presently
i suffering from and recovering from a stroke.
I would appreciate your keeping me advised of any offers of sale you might
have so that I might be able to bid on the matter myself.
~ Appreciate your obtaining from the property appraiser office a tax valuation
figure in the process so that we can be advised of the actual value as anti-
~ cipated by the face value of the appraisers and in turn stay abreast of other
items.
