11. Purchaser agrees to pay the sum of $400.00 as a placement

' fee to the Seller at the time of the closing. All documentary stamps and
Intangible Tax due on the recording of this document shall be paid by the

~ Purchaser, and all documentary stamps required to be paid on the recording
of the Deed on compliance with the terms hereof shall be paid by the Seller.
12. The equitable interest being conveyed herein shall include;
the items of personalty located on the premises of a Kenmore Range, Drapery
Rods with Shears and a T.V. Antenna.
13. It is agreed between the parties herein that this Contract

the Seller.
