having given full consideration to all the evid~oe, finds and determines:
This Oourt has jurisdiction of the parties and sutrject matter of this suit;
- that the relation of hu_Sband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties i.s irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
