This cause came on for trial the 1st day of May, 1979, and the Court
having given full oansideratian to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORLFRED AND AII7UDC~D as follows:
1. DISSOLUPICN OF NF,F21~tIAGC. The marriage between 806E LINDA LINDLEY
and RODTAID JOE LIldTtEY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of than are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between than and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CU5'i~OTJY. C~,tstody of DANIEL JOE LIl~IDIEY and RAC~IAEL ANN LLNTff~Y,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to R06E LLNIaA LINDIF.Y, with
reasaiable visitation rights reserved to RCNAIa JOE LINDLEY.
3. 3LPPORT. ~~cing the 4th day of May, 1979, BALD JOE LINIgFY
' shall pay tc ~6E LIl~iDA LINCQEY the sum of $15.00 per child each aryl every week
for the support of the above Waned children.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
proaptly to 806E LINLIA LINDLF'S?. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of

$2.00 as statutory costs to be added ~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's ct~ck. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence

addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. JURISDI~1'ICN. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such fir orders as may be proper.
