O R D E R -
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on
the 18th day of April, 1979, on the Plaintiffs' Petition to
Determine Paternity and the Court having heard the stipulation

of the parties attorneys and in addition thereto the testimony
of the Plaintiff. JANICE ALBERT, the natural mother of the
child and the Defendant, MERRITT RANDALL MARTIN, and Defendant's
attorney having stipulated that the Defendant was the putative
father of the minor child, JERQUESTRA LERNETTRA MARTIN, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court determines that
F the Defendant, MERRITT RANDALL MARTIN, is the father of JERQUES-
TRA LERNETTRA MARTIN, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, MERRITT RANDALL
MARTIN, pay to the Plaintiff, JANICE ALBERT, the sum of $18.00

per week, for the care and support of.JERQUESTRA LERNETTRA
MARTIN, which sum may be paid monthly. Commencing on the

day of 1979.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and
by him remitted promptly to JANICE ALBERT. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall

be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
