ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court finds that the ~

minor child, JERQUESIA LERNETTRA riARTIN, was born on August ~
28, 1975, and that said support payments are based on the child's 's
present age, it is~further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court denies the Plaintiff's
petition for reasonable attorney's fees to be paid on her behalf.
The Court further directs that each party shall bear his or her
owns costs in this matter, it is-further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that jurisdiction of this cause be
retained for the purpose of entering such further orders as jus-
tice and equity may require.
