KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the State of Florida, through the Bond of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, for
and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY-SIX AND NOf 100 ~QLLARS - - - to it in hand paid, has remised,
released and quitclaimed and by these presents does remise, release sad quitclaim unto KEVIN A. JACKSON,

and assigns, atl of the right, title, Interest, cWm and demand arising out of the following reservations, to-wit:
"AS TO LANDS IN TRACES OR COMPOSITE TRACTS AGGREGATING TEN (10) ACRES OR MORE: RESERVING unto the
State of Florida the title to an undivided one-halt of all petroeum and petroleum products, and title to as undivided three-fourths of ;

"AS TO ALL LANDS, there is reserved unto the State of Florida the title to an undivided one-half of aB petroleum and petrdeum
products, and title to an undivided three-fourths of ail other minerals which may be found on or under the said land, together with
the privilege outside any muaicipality. this date, to explore for and to mine and develop same. Said privilege to explore, mine and de-
velop is to I?e conducted on and under lands inside any municipality, this date, only with the consent of the surface owner."
