simultaneously herewith to the attorney for the Optionor,
under escrow instructions for the recordation thereof. Upon_the
recordation of such Quit-Claim Deed, all restrictions and
limitations on the Optionor shall be terminated and cancelled
under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have set their
