valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
County, 1'lorida, viz:
Lots 1, 2, 5, and the South 25.49 feet of Lot 6; Lots 9, 11,
21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27, BLOCK 1; AND Lots 10, 11, 16,
17, 18, 21, and 22, BLOCK 2, of QUAIL ACRES SUBDIVISION, as

As a covenant running with the land, it is agreed that the
grantee herein, and its assigns, shall be bound by the follow-

2. Any home constructed on the above-described property must
