Interest only payable to April 28, 1979. Thereafter, interest only ~
payable quarterly until April 28, 1980 when entire principal of $5,000.00 ~
plus interest will be due. Interest at 10.50$.

full force and effect in all rcapects as if the said payments had uri}~=finally been ~
