This cause came on for trial this lst day of May, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~
finds and determines: This Court has urisdiction of the arties

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~
wife now exists between the parties and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
' 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between s
ROY R. SANDERS, SR., and CATHERINE A. SANDERS be and the same

forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. COSTODY. Custody of ROY R. SANDERS, JR., minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to ROY R. SANDERS, SR.,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to CATHERINE A. SANDERS.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
a parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
