ORDER
This cause came before the Court upon Motions filed by the
Plaintiffs to Strike and Dismiss the Answer, Affirmative Defenses,
and Counterclaims of the Defendants. After hearing arguments of
Counsel, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is Ordered
and Adjudged as follows:
1. That Paragraph 25. D. of the Answer and Affirmative
Defenses filed by the Defendants is hereby stricken, with leave
granted the Defendants to amend said Paragraph.
2. That Paragraphs 8 and 9 of Counterclaim I for accounting
of profits and specific performance filed by Defendants are
~ stricken, with leave granted the Defendants to amend said

~ 3. That the Defendants are granted ten (10) days from the
date of this Order to amend the paragraphs stricken. {
4. That Plaintiffs are ordered to file their answer to all
Counterclaims of Defendant within fifteen (15) days of filing
e
of the amended Paragraphs by Defendants.
5. That the Motions of the Plaintiffs to Strike and Dismiss
the Answer, Affirmative Defenses and Counterclaims of Defendants

are denied except as hereinabove indicated.
