April 10, 1979, and the Court having considered all of the
evidence, testimony and argument of counsel, finds and

That the contract dated December 12, 1977 between

is unenforceable, null and void.
Upon consideration, it is ?
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs, Guy W. ~
Cox II and Timothy C. Flanagan, take nothing by this action
and the Defendants, Robert P. Poweleit and Carole E. Poweleit
go hence without day. It is further
