This cause having been presented to the Court upon
stipulation of the parties whereby they agree that just
compensation to be paid to INEZ HAMILTON, Owner of Parcel
139, is t1:e sum of Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars
($290,000.00), together with costs, and it appearing to the
Court that there has been previously paid to said Defendant
the sum of $179,900.00, and the Court being fully advised in ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall, within 20
days, deposit in the registry of this court, the sum of
$110,100.00; and the Clerk is directed to pay said sum to
