McPHERSON, TROY EDMUND McPHERSON and STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendants. 3 O R D E R THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on April 24, 1979, i upon Plaintiffs' Motion to Sever, and this Court having considered the merits of said Motion, having entertained oral ~ 3 argument of counsel in support of their respective positions, and having been fully advised in the premises, it is, i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs' Motion to Sever is hereby granted. The effect of this ruling is that the issue of the validity of the releases signed by Plaintiffs in favor of Defendants shall be the subject of a separate non-jury trial j for purposes of resolution of that issue alone with the ' questions of liability and damages being held in abeyance.
