O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss, the. Court being advised in the premises and
having had the benefit of argument from counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties submit Memoranda
of Law on the subject. The Defendant shall have fifteen (15)
days to submit its Memorandum, after which the Plaintiff will
have fifteen (15) days to respond thereto. The Court in its
discretion will consider any supplemental Memoranda deemed
necessary by the parties.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
