The petitioner, WILLIAM J. LINFERT, alleges: ;
1. Petitioner has an interest, in the above estate as the
beneficiary and the nominated personal representative. Petitioners
name and address are WILLIAM J. LINFERT, 3426 Anaconda Drive,
Cincinnati, Ohio 45211, and the name and address of petitioners
attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, ROBERT T. LINFERT, whose last known address was
7740 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45224, died on May 27, 1978,
at Cincinnati,. Ohio, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in Hamilton County, Ohio.
3. So far_as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate their addresses and relationship to decedent, and the ages
of any who are minors are:
