6. Domicilliary probate proceedings are known to be pending
in another state or county. Letters have been issued by the
Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Hamilton County, Ohio,
to WILLIAM J. LINFERT, whose address is 3426 Anaconda Drive,
Cincinnati, Ohio.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are:
Real Property - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 526,500.00.
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
9. An authenticated copy of the decedent's will probated in
Hamilton County, Ohio, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that WILLIAM J. LINFERT be appointed personal represen-
tative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of per-jury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
