I, Robert T. Linfert of Springfield Township. Hamilton County, Ohio,
being of lawful age, sound and disposing mind, realizing the extent of my property,
being mindful of the uncertainty of life and being under no restraint or coercion
whatsoever, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Willand Testament,
hereby revoking any and all Wills or Codicils heretofore made by me.

ITEM III, All the rest and residue of my property which I may own or have the righ
to dispose of at the time of Il~y death, be the same real, personal or mixed, I give,
devise and bequeath to alY beloved children, William J. Linfert, Robert P, Linfert, and
Elizabeth G. Linfert. 1n equal shares, absolutely and in fee simple.
ITEM Iy, I make, nominate and appoint any beloved son, William J. Linfert, to be
the executor of this my Last Willand Testament to serve Mithout bond. I hereby
authorize and dllpower my executor, without order of court, to compound, compromise,
settle and ad3ust all claims or demands n
~ i favor of or against my estate and to sell
a t private or public sale. at such price and upon such terms of credit or otherwise as
he may deem best, the whole or any part of Iqy real or personal property, and~to execute
acknowledge and deliver deeds or other proper instruments of conveyance thereof. No
purchaser from nnr said executor need see to the application of the purchase money.

In the event the said William J. Linfert shall for any reason fail to
q aalify as such executor or having qualified, fails to complete the administration of
my estate, I nominate and appoint my beloved daughter, Elizabeth C. Linfert, as executri
e ! also to serve without bond and with the same owers and authorit

Linfert as executor.
