ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED COPY
OF WILL TO RECORD '
The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated copy
of the Last Will and Testament of ROBERT T. LINFERT, Deceased, having
been duly admitted to probate and record in the Court of Common Pleas,
Probate Division, of Hamilton County, Ohio, a court of probate juris-
di ction; and the Court finding that the Will of the decedent complies
with the laws of Florida as to form and execution, and that it devises
real property located in this County, owned by the decedent at the

time of his death; said property desbribed as:
Lot 21, Block 3, RIVER PARK, UNIT NO. 3 as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page 80, Public
Records, St. Lucie County, Florida.
and
Lot 25, Block 1741, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
and the Court finding that a duly authenticated copy of the Will,
the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate in
the proper court of the domiciliary state have been filed herein by
i the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testa-
I
ment of ROBERT T. LINFERT, deceased, is admitted to probate according
to law, as and for the last will of the decedent, and it is further
f ADJUDGED that WILLIAM J. LINFERT is appointed personal represen-
K
tative of the estate of the decedent, and that upon taking the pre-
scribed oath, filing designation of resident agent and acceptance,

ancillary letters of administration shall be issued.
