The Petitioner, PATSY WARREN, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the natural mother. Fetitioner's name and address are
PATSY WARREN, 1408 Avenue I, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450
and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as
yet forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, LATREASA JOY WARREN, whose last known
address was 1408 Avenue I, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, and
whose age was three years and who died on September 4, 1978,
• at Lake City, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries }
of the estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
a. James Walker Warren, Route 3, Box 518, Fort
Pierce, Florida.
b. Patsy Warren, Route 3, Box 518, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450
4. Venue of this proceeding is in St. Lucie County i
