6. The value of the entire Estate subject to administration '
in this State does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The Estate is not indebted.
8. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent as described
above be distributed to the Petitioner. '
9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of

decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10.
10. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated May 8,
1971, subscribed by FRED M. AHERN and ALFRED J. SKIDMORE, as attesting
and subscribing witnesses, accompanies this Petition.
11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will '
be admitted to probate and that an Order of Summary Administration
be entered directing distribution of the assets in the Estate in ~

accordance with the schedule set forth above.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
