I, EULALIA H. ANRENY, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound mind and memory, do hereby revoke any and all
Wills and Codicils thereto heretofore made by rae, and do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment.
CLAUSE I: I direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses and costs of administration be paid from my estate
as soon after my death as may be reasonably convenient.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise my residential real
estate located at 703 Florida Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida,
together with all furniture and furnishings therein, to my
husband, HAROLD R. ANKENY, for and during his natural life
so long as he shall live and care to reside in said resi-
dence. Upon the death of ray said husband or upon his
relinquishing the right to reside in said residence, I give
and devise said residential real estate, together with
furniture and furnishings therein equally to my sons, LELAND
L. HARRIS and WILLIAM W. HARRIS, share and share alike, per
stirpes.

CLAUSE III: I give and devise all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever (
~ situate and whether acquired before or after the execution -
of this Will, equally to my sons, LELAND L. HARRIS and
WILLIAM W. HARRIS, share and share alike, per stirpes.
CLAUSE IV: I nominate and appoint my husband, HAROLD
R. ANKENY, as personal representative of this Will to serve

without bond and in the event he shall die, resign or be
unable for any reason to act or to continue acting as such,
