LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF EULALIA H. ANKENY - Page Two
then I name and appoint my sons, LELAND L. HARRIS and
WILLIAM W. HARRIS, as such personal representatives, to ~
serve without bond.
My personal representatives are invested with full
power and authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign any
and all property belonging to my estate.
CLAUSE V: In the event that my husband, HAROLD R.
ANRENY, die under such circumstances that it cannot be
determined which of us predeceased the other, I direct that g

it shall be conclusively presumed that I survived my said
husband and the provisions of this Will shall be construed
and the distribution of the property shall be governed and
regulated as if I had, in fact, survived my said husband. -
