PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as Personal Representative, of the above
Estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, GEORGE H. WILLIAMS, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on December 19, 1975, and
Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on February
15, 1978. •
2. The Estate consisted solely of Homestead Property which
has heretofore been conveyed to the heirs and there are no
remaining assets to be distributed.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate and _
there were no claims presented.
4. Petitioner has filed all required Estate Tax Returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue s
of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
~ federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered

w discharging Petitioner as Personal Representative of this Estate
E and releasing the surety on any bond which Petitioner may have

posted in this proceeding from any further liability on it.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the

~ foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
