LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

OF
JOSHUA A. THOMPKINS
I, JOSHUA A. THOMPKINS, of 517 Douglas Court,.Fort
Pierce, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and
all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executrix to pay out of my

residuary estate all of my just debts, including the ex- r
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: All of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real and personal, I gsve, devise and be-
queath to my wife, MARY T. THOMPKINS, provided she survives
me, and if my said wife does not survive me, then I give
all of said property to my granddaughter, PEGGIE LEE CARTER, ~

provided she survives me, and if my said granddaughter does
not survive me, then all of said property shall go to the
then living children of my said granddaughter.
CLAUSE III: I name my wife, MARY T. THOMPKINS, as
3 Executrix of my estate, to serve without bond, and in the
event she shall die or be unable for any reason to act as
~ such, then I name my granddaughter, PEGGIE LEE CARTER, as
~ Executrix, to serve without bond. '

My Executrix is invested with full power and autho-
rity to sell, convey, transfer and assign any and all per-
sonal property and real property belonging to my estate.
